THE VILLA
Our ground floor has a spacious comfortable living area with a classic feel. It boasts a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with built in appliances. The main floor also has a bathroom with Jacuzzi, laundry room and leisure room.
A grand spiral staircase leads to our second floor which houses a total of 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a luxurious, shared bathroom. The matrimonial bedroom has an elegant four poster double bed and leads to an attached ensuite bathroom. Our second and third bedrooms are each equipped with double beds and generously sized wardrobes. The fourth bedroom is ideal for families with young children as it houses a double size bed as well as a single bed. Each bed is beautifully dressed in fine Italian linens.
Please note, each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and flat screen TV.
The furnishings follow a pure classic and country style with details personalized by the owners themselves.
The layout is spacious and bright, with all rooms having access to the impeccable gardens and courtyard.
The Villa has a large porphyry courtyard and a garden rich in varied vegetation, overlooking an impressive olive grove.
Villa Marciano offers a panoramic view of the town centre where one can admire in the distance the ruins of the Castle of the renowned Saint Thomas of Aquino.
